Remembering 9/11
Today marks the 16th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks here in the US. It is a day all Americans will never forget. I still vividly remember that day and watching the TV in disbelief while getting phone calls from family on the East Coast. I visited the 9/11 Memorial Museum this past February during a trip to New York. There is so much history and artifacts on display. I’d highly recommend it.
Today, it was surreal for me to depart on 9/11 from Hong Kong and land on 9/11 in the US.
Florida airports remain closed after Hurricane Irma made landfall yesterday. The devastation caused by Irma is beyond belief. Please keep all those impacted in your thoughts and prayers!
